A reviewer will have access to the milestone in order to review eLearns and add tasks and comments. They will not be able to add/edit/delete milestones and projects.
A developer will be able to review eLearns to add tasks and comments, and they can also add/edit/delete milestones and projects. Developers do not have access to the User Management section or payment and billing information.
HOWL currently supports SCORM 1.2. Other SCORM 1.2 files may work correctly, but are not actively supported and may have issues. If you do upload another file type and it works correctly, please let us know by emailing email@example.com
If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to Menu > Account. Select the Cancel button and you will be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel. It would be nice to know your reasons for leaving, so we'd appreciate any feedback that you have. You will still have access to your projects until your next billing date, at which time your access will cease. Your projects will be stored should you resume your paid subscription in the future.
As a paid subscriber, you can upgrade your package type for the same billing term that you originally subscribed to (eg, you can upgrade to Lone Wolf Monthly to Wolf Pack Monthly). Go to Menu>Account and then click on 'Upgrade'. From here, you will be able to choose your desired package and submit your request.
